i used to toast bread and put lots of butter on it. slosh a handful of sugar on top, toast it some more, EAT.

I feel like having a small bowl of hot hot white rice

And I just dump a nice sunny side up on it and pour dark soy sauce over and mix it up and eat >.<

i tried that small portions/many meals thing.. ended up with many big meals a day

I don't like the regular Thai Rice too!!!!!

Maybe that is why I hardly eat rice at all even though I"m in Singapore unless it's those flavoured kind like chicken rice rice or those braised duck yam rice!!!!

I think my diet consist of a lot of noodles, pasta and sushi >.<
